To develop, and establish the qualitative mechanism that will address the concerns, challenges and interests of the science, engineering & technology graduates countrywide in South Africa.

Mission statement
COGNYSET is to recruit, nurture and develop academically, scientifically, technologically and professionally competent graduates, who are responsible to the broader needs, and challenges of society, and who are passionate to serve in the Science, Engineering & Technology sectors.
